5. Submissions
We welcome your comments about any of the Sites. However, we will not review or consider any unsolicited creative submissions or suggestions for topics at our seminars or within our newsletters or products. We hope you will understand that this policy is intended to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings in the event that ideas developed by our staff might seem to be similar to the ideas submitted to us. Accordingly, we must ask that you not send us any original creative ideas, suggestions or materials. If, despite our request, you send us any idea, suggestion or material (“Submission”), it shall become our property. The only exception is the guarantees of satisfaction and graduation that are clearly labeled guarantees within our Sites. Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant that any functions contained in the Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Sites or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Neither we nor any of our respective licensors or suppliers warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the services, products, information or materials in this site in terms of their correctness, completeness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to you in connection with your use of any advice, goods or services you receive from a guest speaker on our Sites or at one of our events.
We are also not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that is caused or alleged to have been caused to our guest speakers in connection with the display of their photo, name, or biography posted on our Sites or in our marketing materials.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Live-Anywhere.com, at your expense, from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, suits, litigations, losses, liabilities, costs, and other expenses incurred by Live-Anywhere.com, including its directors, officers, attorneys, employees, agents, contractors or affiliates from any claims, liability, judgments, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other litigation expenses) asserted or awarded against or incurred by Live-Anywhere.com, including its directors, officers, attorneys, employees, agents, contractors or affiliates, arising from or relating to (a) your use of the Sites; (b) any breach by you of any of these Terms of Use; (c) your violations of applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with the Sites; (d) any representations and warranties made by you concerning any aspect of the Sites to any Third Party; (e) any claims with respect to acts, errors, or omissions made by Live-Anywhere.com, including its directors, officers, attorneys, employees, agents, contractors or affiliates or any Third Party in connection with the Sites. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you will not in any event settle any such matter without our written consent.
11. No Professional Advice
The information contained in or made available through the Sites (including but not limited to information contained on message boards, in text files, or in chats) cannot replace or substitute for the services of trained professionals in any field, including, but not limited to, financial (including but not limited to tax or accounting), medical, psychological, or legal matters. In particular, you should regularly consult a doctor in all matters relating to physical or mental health, particularly concerning any symptoms that may require diagnosis or medical attention. 12. SMS/Mobile Texting
When you become a customer through our sites, you provide your phone number to us and we may use your phone number to confirm orders, deliver promised ongoing training or communication, and to send text updates, promotions, videos, audios, or messages related to Live Anywhere or any of its brands or programs. You can opt-out of receiving any future text messages by simply replying to any of our text messages at any time with the word STOP. By signing up for our products or programs you hereby grant us permission to text you until you reply STOP. We do not ever sell or rent your phone number and we only communicate with you regarding relevant Live Anywhere programs.
13. Non-Academic Institutions
Please note our company, Live-Anywhere.com is not an accredited academic institution, and do not issue diplomas or academic certifications or degrees. We do not accept student loans or provide student aid under any programs. We are a for-profit training and research center for personal and professional development.
14. Earnings Disclaimer
While every effort has been made to ensure that we accurately represent all the products and services offered or reviewed on the Sites and their potential for income, it should be noted that earnings and income statements made by us and our advertisers / sponsors are estimates only of what we think you can possibly earn. On our Sites we will occassionally discuss mature topics and language relating to personal and professional growth that may use explicit language. Users who are uncomfortable with such topics or language should not use our Sites.
18. Confidentiality and Non-Compete
Users of our Sites hereby understand that the tools, processes, strategies, materials and information presented on our Sites are copyrighted and proprietary, so users agrees not to record, duplicate, distribute, teach or train from our information in any manner whatsoever without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use or distribution of our Sites proprietary concepts, materials, and intellectual property by you or your representatives is prohibited and Live-Anywhere.com will pursue legal action and full damages if these terms are violated in order to protect its rights.
19. Returns
This refund policy applies to all products and services issued by Live Anywhere, unless otherwise stated in the sales materials and/or order form.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price of any digital product downloads if the return request is made within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available on digital products after 30 days of receipt.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price of the first payment of any digital subscription if the return request is made within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available on the first payment of digital subscriptions after 30 days of purchase, and no refunds are available on the second or any subsequent payments of any digital subscriptions. Cancellations of subscriptions must be sent by email 7 days prior to the due date.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price (shipping and handling excluded) of the first payment of any physical subscription if the return request is made within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available on the first payment of physical subscriptions after 30 days of purchase, and no refunds are available on the second or any subsequent payments of any physical subscriptions. Cancellations of subscriptions must be sent by email 15 days prior to the due date.
We will refund 100% of the purchase price (shipping and handling excluded) of any physical products purchased from our online store, if the return request is made within 30 days of receipt. No refunds are available on physical products after 30 days of receipt.
All package contents must be in AS NEW condition and all items must be delivered in a single package in order to be refunded. Money back guarantee covers price of product only. Money back guarantee does not cover shipping and handling fee. Customers must contact our support department for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. This number must be displayed on the outside of all return packages. Returned packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted, nor with refunds be provided for those items. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes: either delivery confirmation or signature. Shipping of the product from Live Anywhere will not be refunded. Shipping of the product to Live Anywhere will not be compensated.
Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds can only be refunded by the method the order was originally charged.

20. Miscellaneous
These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to these terms will be subject to mediation in the State of Delaware. If any of these terms of use are found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be reformed to the extent necessary to make it enforceable to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.These Terms constitute the entire understanding between the parties concerning its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and representations, whether oral or written, and whether or not executed by the parties. These terms may be modified or amended only by our posting of changes to these terms of use on our Sites, or by mutual amendment agreed upon in writing and executed by both parties.
